Customer Support Officer (On-Site)

We are hiring a Customer Support Officer to handle customer enquiries, guide users on how Mediabare works, and ensure smooth order experience for our customers.

You will be the first point of contact for customers. Clear communication and patience are very important.


FULL TIME ROLE

Location : Greenville Estate Badore Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, live chat, and social platforms

-Guide customers on how to place orders on Mediabare.co

- Explain services, prices, and packages clearly

- Handle complaints politely and escalate technical issues when needed

- Follow up with customers who show interest but haven’t completed orders

- Update customers on service delays or platform updates when necessary

- Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times

Requirements

- Good written and spoken English

- Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook

- Fast typing and ability to handle multiple chats

- Calm, patient, and respectful with customers

- Willingness to learn how Mediabare services work

- Must be available to work from the office

Nice to Have (Not compulsory)

  • Previous customer support or sales experience
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, Live chat tools, or social media DMs
